We also collect information automatically when you use the App, including:

• Usage information (e.g., features you use, actions you take).

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to your Profile, scroll down, tap “Delete Account”, and confirm your decision. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting us at listiktodoapp@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will process your request within 30 days.

The following data will be deleted:

• Your account and authentication information
• All tasks, tags, routines, and reminders associated with your account
• Any other personal data linked to your profile

Please note that anonymized analytics data (collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) cannot be attributed to your account and will not be deleted, as it does not contain personally identifiable information.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
