Welcome to Listík! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Listík app (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for and/or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Account registration

To use the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You will not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

You are solely responsible for any content you post or upload to the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content.

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App and your use thereof.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Estonia.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App after such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
